The government and the entertainment industry have built an entire financial pipeline on fear. Producers sample to create new art, yet they forbid others from sampling their contribution. Famous artists sample freely and call it creativity—until someone samples them, and suddenly it’s a lawsuit.
Producers on their first DAWS and first MPC, what were they saying? They spoke their defence the whole way. These are the same producers threatening to shut down YouTube channels.
This double standard keeps everyone afraid, confused, and controlled while the industry and government profits from the very techniques it condemns.
Everyone needs to wake up to the abuse. We paid for video games and movies and the same people threaten us with jail time and lawsuits. It's not fair, it's not right, and it's not okay. Imagine giving someone $80 many times over and having them look you in the face with a lawsuit threat. Creators must not fund their suppressors. It's time to stand against the abuse.
