All users are required to own content rights in full or derivitive rights before uploading content to our website. We seek to legalize sampling, but for now compliance is mandatory for protection of services.
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption, industry-standard security measures, and restricted access. Passwords are hashed and cannot be viewed by WCACO staff.
• Messages and posts created on the platform are stored securely. WCACO staff do not access private messages unless required for safety or legal reasons.
• Users must keep forum titles, thread content, community comments, and other commentary PG.
• Music, and video content, has more leniency to meet the threshold needed to support world art. Remember that some songs and content have perental advisory.
• Users must not post overly explicit content, which can never be suitable for a general audience.
Although we allow some debate we are not interested in infinite debate or accounts that cause friction. We are a unified movement. Harassers with an opposite opinion will be removed.
Fundraising payouts are handled securely through Stripe Connect. WCACO never sees your banking information and does not store any payment details. Stripe may need to be contacted to ensure your account can recieve splits.
We may update this policy to comply with evolving digital laws. When changes occur, we will revise the date and notify users where appropriate.

All members assume the risk of using the platform and responsability for all damages that could or do happen.
Some proceeds may go to humanitiarian aid, such as soup kitchens, shelters, tree planting, ect.
Some proceeds will go to scholarships for beat school, music lessons, and other related aid when available in excess.
